A longer variation of our Fillet knife, this thin and flexible blade is perfect for achieving fine, precise cuts in fish and meats.
 
- 10.75” Blade, 1.25” heel, 16.5” overall length
- Hand-forged Coppermascus Steel, layers of copper, nickel and steel carefully folded, twisted and forged around a solid high carbon steel core.
- Full tang in Spalted Walnut with brass pins
