This Damascus gyuto is well-balanced, sharp and stunning! The 400+ layer Damascus pattern has a very even look throughout the length of the blade. The handle is an attractive piece of Ebony and bright blue maple segmented figured natural maple burl. This Damascus gyuto is a pleasure to use and will quickly become your favorite knife!
