This Damascus gyuto is well-balanced, sharp and stunning! The 400+ layer Damascus pattern has a very even look throughout the length of the blade. The handle is an attractive piece of ironwood segmented with an Arizona jade spacer accented with black and gold. This Damascus gyuto is a pleasure to use and will quickly become your favorite knife!
