Damascus Gyuto in Walnut and Birdseye Maple

This Damascus gyuto is a stunning workhorse! The 9” blade is hefty and sharp. The Damascus steel has over 400 layers folded into it. The handle is a beautiful brown walnut with a golden birdseye maple spacer. This knife has a lot of character and can tackle any kitchen tasks.
