Diamond Santoku

The Diamond Santoku is a house-take on the eastern style kitchen utility knife and a versatile addition to any kitchen. Hand forged from 60 alternating layers of 80crv2, 15n20 and Ni200 high carbon steels, this knife not only boasts superior sharpness and edge retention qualities, but an incredibly unique diamond pattern in the steel thats all it's own.
The tang is set in a handle crafted from natually stunning stabilized wildebeest bone and adorned with a hammered copper bolster, providing a comfortable grip and balance for precision cutting  with an organic, old world aesthetic. One-of-a-kind and stamped with our Blacksmith's personal signature as a seal of its individual crafting.
