Santoku in Patterned Maple

The santoku is our take on the medium-sized, multi-purpose eastern kitchen knife. The 7” blade is razor sharp and ready to take on any meats or vegetables. The handle is made out of two pieces of spalted maple cut and reassembled in-house.
