This western style chef knife is meticulously crafted from a combination of antique reclaimed naval ship chain wrought iron & pure nickel fire-welded over 400 layers of high carbon damascus steel for exceptional beauty, performance and durability. The hidden tang is permantly enbedded in stabilized rare wildebeest bone with a hammered brass bolster, making this chef a work of art that is as beautiful as it is functional.
