A hand-crafted set of 2, forged together from AEB-L high carbon stainless steel, ensuring the unmatched durability and sharpness. Featuring a large, thin slicer with a subtle rounded belly and a medium sized, semi-flexible fillet with gently upswept blade. The full tang handles are crafted from dense, figured rosewood and secured with brass pins, providing a secure grip shaped from comfort with use.
