Featuring a large, thin slicer with a subtle rounded belly, a medium sized, semi-flexible fillet with gently upswept blade and a stout, forward-weighted cleaver for cover all your bases. The full tang handles are crafted from dense, sturdy "Sonora" red compressed jute and secured with brass pins, providing a secure grip shaped from comfort with use.
