As always, our shop uses local and reclaimed materials first whenever possible without sacrificing tool performance or quality.
 
*Though it grows well in Texas, we imported Olive wood specifically from Bethlehem, the birthplace of Christ, as part of another project but have a few pieces that are too small to use as originally intended. It will pop up occasionally in knife handles until we've made full use of it.
 
Preorders
Our Signature Collection is made individually without use of templates and cannot be exactly reproduced but can be the base for a custom order of the same design, materials, performance and aesthetic. Please understand there will be some variance in the final product.
