Bronze River Chef

The Bronze River chef knife from Iron Grove Tool Co features a meticulously hand-forged 10” blade crafted from proprietary bronze damascus laminated over a high carbon 15n20/80crv2  steel core, ensuring unmatched strength and beauty, balanced at the pinch-point for comfort, precision and performance in the kitchen. Its full tang handle is crafted from a figured rosewood with turquoise g10 liners and secured with polished brass pins Stamped with our lead blacksmith's signature as a testament to its uniqueness.

Our Signature Collection is made individually without use of templates and cannot be exactly reproduced but can be the base for a custom order of the same design, materials, performance and aesthetic. Please understand there will be some variance in the final product.
