The Stained Glass Gyuto from Iron Grove Tool Co features a meticulously hand-forged 9.5” blade crafted from our copper Damascus steel fully laminated with 52100 layers and a high carbon damascus steel core, ensuring unmatched strength and beauty with a balance of precision and performance for the kitchen. Its full tang window design is crafted from a stunning white ebony handle, framed with hammered copper and a hand-filed resin "stained glass" inlay, highlighting our commitment to bespoke craftsmanship. Housed in a sleek black zipper case, this knife embodies the perfect fusion of artistry and function.
