The Japanese translation of "Nakiri" to "leaf cutter" reflects the knife's fine slicing abilities. Each knife is hand forged and made to order, featuring a 6.5" Damascus steel blade with a 2.5" heel and an overall length of 11.5". The full tang is crafted in stabilized Maple with brass pins, providing a balanced feel at the pinch point.
