Our Damascus Swayback Parer in merlot maple, a stunning addition to any chef's kitchen. Hand forged from 200 layer high carbon damascus steel, this paring knife boasts unrivaled sharpness and durability. The full tang handle, made from beautifully figured stabilized and dyed deep red maple burl, provides both comfort and control during use.
