Hibiscus Trimmer

Our hand forged "Texas" Trimmer, a larger take on our standard trimming knife and a stunning addition to any kitchen. The blade is expertly crafted from high-quality 52100 high carbon steel, ensuring durability and exceptional sharpness with a gently up-sweep like our standard trimmer, but longer tip and wider heel. The full tang handle provides a sturdy and balanced grip, making it easy to wield for all your culinary needs. The handle is stabilized hibiscus and peony flowers with a cherry red g10 back accented with polished brass pins. This knife is not only a powerful and precise tool for any chef, but also a one-of-a-kind piece of art that will stand out in any kitchen.
