Our Nickel Crosshatch Gyuto in natural maple burl - the perfect addition to any kitchen cutlery collection. Hand forged with exquisite attention to detail as a live demonstration in one of our in-house Damascus Chef classes, this knife is crafted from three layers of 52100 steel and pure nickel wrapped around a 200 lyaer damascus core and pressed between diamond plates, giving the layers a "crosshatched" pattern.. The full tang handle made of stabilized maple burl, provides a comfortable and secure grip for precision slicing and carving. The knife is finished with brass pins and the blacksmith’s signature stamped on the blade, guaranteeing its authenticity and quality.
