Our latest Paring knife design, a stunning addition to any chef's kitchen, Hand forged from iron and nickel clad 200 layer high carbon damascus steel, this paring knife boasts unrivaled sharpness and durability. The full tang handle, made from beautiful stabilized rose petals and peony flowers on ivory g10, provides both comfort and control during use. Stamped with our blacksmiths signature to denote its individual artistry.

Our Signature Collection is made individually without use of templates and cannot be exactly reproduced but can be the base for a custom order of the same design, materials, performance and aesthetic. Please understand there will be some variance in the final product.
