Nickel Petty

Our Nickel Petty, a stunning addition to any chef's kitchen. Hand forged using a combination of  pure nickel and 80crv2 high carbon stee;, this petty knife boasts unrivaled sharpness and durability. The full tang handle, made from beautifully figured greenmaple burl and africam blackwood segemnted with cypress and g10 liners , provides both comfort and control during use.  This blade also features the blacksmith's signature, stamped into the steel as a mark of quality and craftsmanship.

Our Signature Collection is made individually without use of templates and cannot be exactly reproduced but can be the base for a custom order of the same design, materials, performance and aesthetic. Please understand there will be some variance in the final product.
