The "Black River" Gyuto from Iron Grove Tool Co features a stunning Damascus jacket fire-welded with pure nickel over a high carbon 52100 "river" flowing down the blade, over a 15,20/80crv2 high carbon steel core. The full tang rosewood handle with cherry red g10ensures comfort along with beautiful figure. Stamped with our head blacksmith-s signature to ensure an unparalleled blend of form and function.
