Bronze Nickel Gyuto
The Nickle Bronze Gyuto, an intricately crafted beef-centric chef loaded with features. This lean slicing gyuto is made from 400 layers of damascus steel laminated with pure nickel and commercial bronze over a high carbon 52100 steel performance fore for striking beauty and utility. The handle, made from compressed merlot Jute and polished brass pins is ground with a central ridge and diamond profile to fill the hand while remaining slim. Stamped with our head blacksmith's signature as a mark of individuality and above-the-cut performance.
