Stainless Bolt Western

The Stainless Bolt Western embodies our commitment to reclamation and durability, featuring repurposed 309 stainless steel industrial bolt hand forged  with pure nickel layered over 80crv2 high carbon steel and paired with a stabilized “bison brown” jute handle with ivory g10 liners. With a decoratively filed exposed section of the tang, this knife is as much a showstopper to look at as it is a reliable tool for everyday kitchen tasks.
