Three Nickel Western

The hand forged nickel-layered western chef, a stunning addition to any kitchen arsenal. The blade is expertly made from Ni200 nickel forged over a high carbon 80crv2 steel, ensuring durability and exceptional sharpness with a gentle up-sweep and longer tip that our standard Western. The full tang construction provides a sturdy and balanced grip, making it easy to wield for all your culinary needs. The handle is made from a beautifully figured dark rosewood accented with grey g10 liners with polished brass pins. Stamped with our lead blacksmith's signature as a testament to its uniqueness.

Our Signature Collection is made individually without use of templates and cannot be exactly reproduced but can be the base for a custom order of the same design, materials, performance and aesthetic. Please understand there will be some variance in the final product.
