Crafted from high carbon 52100 steel, ensuring superior strength and durability, this Santoku is perfect for chopping, slicing, and dicing a wide variety of ingredients. The hidden tang design set in whitetail antler topped with a German silver bolster not only provides a beautiful aesthetic but also offers a comfortable and secure grip during use.
